A proudly South African brand, the word ‘pleroma’ symbolises completeness, fullness, and wholeness, often in a spiritual or divine sense. This patch is specifically formulated for relief of period symptoms.

💡Transdermal patches work by leveraging the skin’s permeability and the patch’s structure. They contain active ingredients in a reservoir or matrix, held in place by adhesive. The ingredients are designed to pass through the skin’s layers into the bloodstream for steady absorption, reducing the need for frequent doses and avoiding concentration spikes. This method also minimises side effects compared to oral delivery.

External use only; do NOT ingest. Not suitable for children.
Wash and dry the application area (avoiding lotions or oils), peel off the protective film. Apply the patch to a flat, hair-free area such as the inner wrist or back of the shoulder. Wear it for up to 8 hours during activities or sleep, and then remove and dispose of it responsibly. This item is single-use only.
  • Vitamin B9 (Folate as 5-MTHF L-Methylfolate): Helps reduce fatigue and supports hormonal balance during your menstrual cycle.
  • Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin): Boosts energy levels and promotes a stable mood throughout your period.
  • Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol): Reduces cramps and inflammation while supporting bone health.
  • Calcium (as Calcium Citrate): Eases muscle cramps and helps minimise bloating.
  • Phosphorus (as Calcium Phosphate): Combats fatigue and enhances energy production.
  • Selenium (as Selenomethionine): Reduces inflammation and supports hormonal balance.
  • Curcumin: Soothes cramps and bloating with its powerful anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Dong Quai Root Extract (Angelica Sinensis): Eases cramps and promotes regular, healthy menstrual cycles.
  • Liquorice Root Extract (Glycyrrhiza Glabra): Balances hormones and alleviates digestive discomfort.
