This foundation is what it says it is. Delivering a dewy finish, it is exceptional in not only the ingredients it includes, but more so the ingredients that is not included [which is especially relevant to those with reactive, barrier impaired skin].

Unlike many foundations that feature one star extract mixed in with the usual formulation, Oat Milk is free-from: talc, petroleum, mineral oils, PEGs, parabens, fragrance, essential oils (Linalool, Limonene), talc, mica, silicones, alcohol, disodium EDTA, and phenoxyethanol.

As you wish, like a normal foundation! Best on exfoliated and properly prepped skin [as they say, no makeup works if the skin prep isn’t on point]. This foundation is fantastic for a natural look, for skin recovering from treatments and for skin needing extra TLC but still wanting a hint of foundation.

• It starts with emollient esters full of fatty acids followed by glycerin; two superstar ingredients
• As the product name promises, Oat Kernel Extract [great for dry, itchy, eczema prone skin; loaded with beta-glucan, lipids and phenolic antioxidant]

• Sodium Levulinate helps condition and soften skin and can act as a preservative due to its antimicrobial properties
• Biosaccharide Gum-1–an ingredient we love to see in formulations! This sugar is a promising new ingredient that has both soothing and moisturising effects. In addition, anti-ageing properties through activating sirtuin-1 proteins in the skin as tested in ex-vivo studies. Lastly, it rounds-off its impressive CV with resurfacing properties through the previously mentioned sirtuin mechanism resulting in faster cell turnover. This makes it even better for sensitive skin and barrier repair.

Contains Oat Kernel Extract for those sensitive to Oats. Contains no fragrant ingredients, unlike many other foundations.
