Purchases on strl.shop are shipped with uAfrica (Courier door-to-door).

Normal orders: 2-10 working days from date of order.
Pre-orders: 3 weeks (or stipulated) from close of pre-order window. [Read more about pre-orders in the designated section].
Orders placed on Fridays after 15:00pm and weekends are only sent out the next Monday. Orders placed on a Public Holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Public holidays may delay your delivery.
We only ship within South Africa at this time.
** Delivery to Farms, Plots, Townships, Malls and Embassies incur surcharges - Please contact us before placing your order. We will communicate a separate quote to you for your acceptance and your order will be shipped out once payment for this has been received.

Upon checkout, you are able to select your shipping fee according to where you are located. The options are:
Local (Gauteng Only - R60.00 incl VAT),
Main Centre (Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, East London, George, Kimberly, Port Elizabeth - R80.00 incl VAT) and
Regional (Applicable to any other are not already mentioned - R100.00 incl VAT).
Orders over R1000.00 qualify for free shipping to Local, Main Centre and Regional delivery zones.
** Delivery to Farms, Plots, Townships, Malls and Embassies incur surcharges and the shipping cost will be displayed as R0.00. We will contact you with a separate quote for delivery upon receiving an order where surcharges are applicable.
Returns & Refunds specifically regarding shipping:
- No refunds apply to shipping and handling charges.
- Shipping costs for returns is at the purchaser's cost.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in your email any proof that the parcel was damaged prior to being delivered, so that the relevant Courier partner can be notified and a request for a refund/replacement can be submitted (please note that a submission does not guarantee a refund/replacement).
