Terms of Sale: A313 Pommade (Market Test Product)

By purchasing A313 Pommade (“the Product”) from STRAAL BEAUTY (PTY) LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“the Buyer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Product Sourcing and Market Test Status

1.1. Distribution notice: The Product has been personally sourced by the directors of STRAAL BEAUTY (PTY) LTD from licensed pharmacies in France for market testing purposes. We are not authorised distributors or representatives of the manufacturer.

1.2. Limited Availability: This is a market test offering with limited quantities. We reserve the right to discontinue sales at any time without notice.

1.3. Authenticity: While we guarantee the Product was purchased in person by the directors of STRAAL BEAUTY (PTY) LTD from French pharmacies in the month of APRIL 2026 in Antibes, France, we cannot provide manufacturer warranties or guarantees beyond what is stated in these terms. Every unit has a batch code and expiry date to verify authenticity and freshness.

2. Buyer Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

2.1. Suitability Assessment: It is solely your responsibility to determine whether the Product is suitable for your skin type, condition, and individual needs. We strongly recommend:

• Conducting a patch test before full application
• Consulting with a dermatologist or healthcare professional if you have any concerns
• Reviewing the ingredient list for potential allergens or sensitivities
• Researching vitamin A derivatives and their effects

2.2. Product Information: While we provide general information about the Product, you acknowledge that:

• We are not medical professionals or dermatologists (albeit we have a trained somatologist on the team)

3. Indemnification and Liability Release

• Your failure to conduct appropriate suitability assessments or patch tests
• Any breach of these Terms of Sale
• Any claims made by third parties related to your use of the Product

3.2. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Product use
• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Product
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding Product efficacy or results

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Unopened Products: Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs, provided they are in original, sealed condition with no damage to the box.

4.2. Opened Products: Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, opened products cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects evident upon opening
• Products damaged during shipping (with photographic evidence required within 12 hours of delivery)
• Products that are significantly different from what was ordered

4.3. No Refunds for Adverse Reactions: We cannot offer refunds for adverse skin reactions, sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with results, as individual responses to skincare products vary and are beyond our control.
